Article 1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the phream platform (including the website, mobile applications, and all associated services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and phream (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phream platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the phream platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing the platform from within or outside the Philippines. Additional terms may apply to specific games, promotions, or services, and such terms will be made available to you at the relevant time.

Article 2 Eligibility and Registration

Registration Requirements

To create a phream account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• Be a resident of the Philippines or located within Philippine territory at the time of registration and gameplay.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information.
• Create a unique username and secure password for your account.
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Account Limitations

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phream account. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. phream employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any player found to be operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts immediately suspended and any funds or winnings forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions and gameplay associated with your account.

Article 3 Account Responsibilities

As a registered phream player, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and gameplay. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential at all times.
• Notify phream immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• Ensure that all information provided to phream is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Use your account solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or fraudulent activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.

phream reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that your account has been compromised, that you have violated these Terms, or that your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Article 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All financial transactions on phream are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phream supports a variety of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other authorized payment processors.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. phream does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your name, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. phream reserves the right to request verification of payment source ownership at any time.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. phream reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Withdrawal fees may be charged depending on the payment method and withdrawal amount. All withdrawal requests are subject to phream's anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) policies.

Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions have been fully satisfied. phream reserves the right to void any withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Article 5 Bonuses and Promotions

phream offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms will be clearly stated in the promotional materials for each offer.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are calculated based on the bonus amount and/or deposit amount.

phream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any player found to be abusing bonuses, engaging in bonus hunting, or using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose will have their bonus and winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended or terminated.

Only one bonus per player, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted unless otherwise stated. Players may not combine multiple bonuses or promotions unless explicitly allowed by phream.

Article 6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the phream platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are available within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. phream uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased game outcomes. All games are independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing agencies.

phream is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. We monitor all gameplay for irregularities, suspicious patterns, and potential fraud. Any player found to be engaging in unfair play, exploiting software bugs, using automated betting systems (bots), colluding with other players, or otherwise attempting to gain an unfair advantage will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and may face legal action.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game malfunction, all affected wagers and payouts will be void. phream reserves the right to void any wager or game result if we determine that the outcome was affected by a technical error or if the game did not function as intended.

Article 7 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using the phream platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities.
• Depositing funds from third-party accounts or using payment methods not registered in your name.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of financial crime.
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place wagers or manipulate gameplay.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or unfair play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phream staff.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the phream platform or its software.

Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended or terminated, all funds and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. phream reserves the right to take legal action against any player who violates these Terms.

Article 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phream platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of phream or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phream platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phream platform without our prior written consent.

The phream name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of phream and may not be used without our express written permission.

Article 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phream shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the phream platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

phream is not responsible for any technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions that may affect your ability to access or use the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

In no event shall phream's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves risk and that you may lose money. phream is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of your gameplay decisions.

Article 10 Responsible Gaming

phream is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that our platform is used for entertainment purposes only. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you spend.
• Session Time Limits: Set time limits to control how long you play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the phream platform if you feel you need a break.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing.

Article 11 Termination and Suspension

phream reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Upon termination, your access to the phream platform will be immediately revoked. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you, provided that you have not violated these Terms in a manner that results in forfeiture of funds (such as bonus abuse, fraud, or cheating).

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting phream customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance checks.

Article 12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the phream platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phream customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or another mutually agreed arbitration body.

phream operates in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and is subject to oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaints regarding phream's operations may be directed to PAGCOR in accordance with their complaint procedures.

Article 13 Amendments to These Terms

phream reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the phream platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the phream platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
